I asked specifically for proof, that doesn't exist since I did not use the key, and they have ghosted me then closed the support ticket.
They eventually reached out to me and told me that the seller had proof I used this key. They did however say that they could tell the key was NOT used by me. They stated that they could not help me with a key they didn't sell and couldn't give me any information when the key was redeemed.
In the meantime I reached out to Blizzard's support team. They responded saying it would be up to 5 business days for a response from the seller. I sent in a ticket to Eneba to get this resolved. I went to input the key into Blizzard's website and it stated the key was already used. I have bought several keys from Eneba in the past and never have had an issue.
